Where to find us?

Level 38, 13 Wyndham Street Auckland.

Take the elevator to the top from within voco Auckland City Centre hotel.

What are your opening hours?

Monday: closed

Tuesday - Saturday: 5pm til late

Sunday: 3pm - 10pm

Are children under 18 allowed in the venue?

Bar Albert is operating as a restricted area, and the bar is for those 18+

Do you take bookings?

Reservations for non-hotel guests are essential with limited availability.
To ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we allocate 90 minutes for each booking.

This allows us to provide the best possible service and ensures that everyone

has the opportunity to enjoy our space.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter and we are confident

that you'll have a wonderful time during your visit

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have disability access through the hotel. We also have disabled bathrooms and lifts.

BYO?

BYO is not permitted.

Can I bring pets?

No, pets are not allowed within the hotel.

(Unless they are service animals)

I have food allergies/ diet requirements, will they be accommodated?

Our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish and gluten.

Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee

that our food will be allergen-free.

Please mention dietary requirements on your booking request.

Do you take booking for private events?

Yes, we can take event booking for the whole venue.

Is there a dress code?

Bar Albert applies a Smart Casual dress code.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guests

who are considered to be unsuitably dressed.

Is there a smoking area in the venue?

No smoking in Bar Albert.

Guests have to descend to ground floor via the elevator and exit the

building to smoke.

Is car parking available?

Wilson Carpark is the closest located 20 m down the road.

Entry is 17 Wyndham Street. (Height limit:1.90m)

Limited on street parking may also be available nearby.

Is there outdoor seating?

Yes we have tables available on the terrace.

Outdoor tables are first come, first served.
