New Year’s Eve
This New Year’s Eve, celebrate in style at Auckland’s highest rooftop bar, offering the city’s best views of the Sky Tower fireworks.

The rise cocktail
Crafted with sustainability in mind, the RISE Cocktail repurposes ingredients that might otherwise go to waste. Orange peels are transformed into a vibrant oleo saccharum, while egg whites — often a by-product left behind in kitchens — are given new life as a silky Aperol and lime foam. Every sip is both flavourful and purposeful, with $1 from every cocktail sold donated to the RISE Scholarship.
