We’re pouring something a little wild this June. Bar Albert is teaming up with our curious friends at Strange Nature Gin for a month-long celebration of botanicals and bold flavours. Expect 3 limited-edition cocktails, each one crafted by our talented bar team with a little help from the folks behind Strange Nature.
Hungry? Our kitchen is getting in on the action with a Gin-cured salmon dish that’s as punchy as it is pretty.

Strange HOurs
Step into Strange Hours — every Tuesday to Thursday from 7pm–9pm, our exclusive Gin Month happy hour.
For two golden hours, enjoy any of our Strange Nature Gin cocktails for just $20. It’s your midweek invitation to escape the ordinary, sip something daring, and watch the city light up from 38 floors above.
Truffle Season
Truffle season has arrived at Bar Albert!
We’re serving up something special — starting with our limited-edition Truffle Cocktail, crafted with truffle oil–washed vodka, Amaro Montenegro, lemon, a foamy top, and just a hint of saline.
Feeling indulgent? Add shaved truffle to any dish on the menu for $12.

Pasta CLass
Impress your family and friends by learning how to make your own fresh handmade Italian pasta with our Executive Chef, Daniel. Join an intimate group for a 3-hour hands-on masterclass on the 38th floor, next to the Rooftop Bar, with breathtaking views of the Auckland Harbour.
You’ll also take home your very own pasta machine to practice your newfound skills. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival and an Antipasto platter to snack on throughout the class.
$250pp – Prepaid bookings essential.
Dates: 15th June, 22nd June, 13th July
Time: 14:30 - 17:30
Price per person: $250 per person (maximum 8 per class)
This includes:
Champagne on Arrival: Toast to the experience with a glass of bubbly.
Antipasto Platter: Enjoy gourmet antipasto throughout the class.
3-Hour Hands-On Experience: Learn the art of pasta-making from scratch.
Pasta Machine to Take Home: Each guest will receive a pasta machine to recreate the experience at home.
Cancellation policy: No cancellations; however, guests may transfer their ticket to someone else and inform us of the attendee details. The responsibility lies with the guest to handle the transfer.
