Bar Albert is turning up the heat this August with an exclusive one-night-only takeover by 28 Hong Kong Street — one of Singapore’s most awarded and iconic cocktail bars.
Fresh from The NZ Bar Con, the team from 28 HKS will be heading straight to the rooftop, bringing their signature flair, flavour, and over a decade of cocktail excellence to Bar Albert.
Joining us behind the bar are Lukas Kaufmann (General Manager) and Mohamed “Naz” Yazhib (Head Bartender), who will be shaking and stirring a curated four-cocktail menu — featuring two of 28 HKS’s globally recognised favourites and two bespoke creations made just for their New Zealand tour.

Warm Up This Winter with Raclette from Little River Estate, Nelson
This July, escape the chill and indulge in the ultimate winter comfort. Our Raclette Charcuterie features golden, bubbling Raclette cheese from Little River Estate, melted table-side and poured over herb-roasted potatoes, served with saucisson and cornichons — $45.
Pair it with a glass of Auntsfield Chardonnay 2022 ($18), carefully selected to balance the richness and highlight the cheese’s nutty, savoury notes.

We’ve turned World Chocolate Day into a month-long celebration in the sky — and it starts with our Hokey Pokey Chocolate Martini.
Crafted with Tried & True Vodka, chocolate liqueur, and melted Hokey Pokey chocolate bar syrup, and finished with honeycomb from our own rooftop beehives, it’s the sweetest sip in the city.
